SoulFull mental health content, resources and events crafted for Black women and clinicians.

Welcome to my corner of the internet!
As a licensed therapist living at the intersection of Black womanhood, I carry a deep commitment to supporting the full, brilliant spectrum of Black people. I wanted to create a space where I could share my stories, reflections, and clinical insights — and offer educational tools created specifically with us in mind. That’s how SoulFull by Design was born.
I’ve always believed I am a soulful person — created with intention, depth, and heart. It’s who I am by design. Every day, I try to live fully from that place of soul, and I pour it into everything I do: the therapy room, my writing, my workbooks, and the tools I create for our healing.
My work is rooted in my own Black cultural experience and shaped by my personal worldview — while fully honoring people across all faiths, spiritual backgrounds, genders, and orientations. Because I am a Black woman, that voice naturally resonates most strongly throughout my work.
Through writing, teaching, and clinical care, I offer trauma-informed resources that support our community in navigating healing, identity, and spiritual growth, with particular care for the experiences of sisterhood, motherhood, and womanhood. My commitment is to offer guidance with safety, clarity, and compassion.

BOOK DESCRIPTION: Friendship among Black women is a source of joy, healing, and belonging—but even the deepest bonds move through seasons. We celebrate the blooming moments, yet when winter comes—when tension, distance, heartbreak, or even an unexpected breakup appears—silence often takes root. And navigating those moments can feel confusing, lonely, or tender in ways that are rarely spoken about.
Sisterhood and Seasons Workbook breaks that silence. Written by a Black woman Licensed Mental Health Counselor, it blends cultural wisdom with clinical insight to help you navigate the full cycle of friendship—the blooming, the pruning, and the renewal, including how to tend to friendship strain, repair after hurt, or grieve a friendship that has changed or ended. Through reflections, journaling prompts, and healing exercises, this workbook offers space, language, and tools to explore, mend, release, and strengthen your connections while honoring the meaningful bonds that make the shared experience of Black womanhood so beautiful.
