THE MISSION
Rooted in culture.
Built for you.
SoulFull by Design exists to create clinically grounded, culturally rooted tools, stories, and spaces that honor the full humanity of Black women. I am committed to making healing, rest, and sisterhood accessible, by design, and without apology, through the following:
PSYCHOEDUCATION
Knowledge is a form of care.
Through books, worksheets, and community-based education, SoulFull by Design translates clinical insight into language that feels like home — empowering Black women to understand themselves, their relationships, and their healing with clarity and confidence.
ACESSIBILITY
Healing should never be a privilege.
Every resource created under the SoulFull by Design umbrella is intentionally designed to be affordable, approachable, and available — because Black women deserve tools that meet them where they are, not where systems expect them to be.
LIBERATION
True wellness is not just personal — it is political.
SoulFull by Design is rooted in the belief that Black women's healing is ancestral, communal, and revolutionary. Every tool, story, and space created here is an act of liberation — an invitation to rest, to be seen, and to take up every inch of room you were always meant to occupy.
